We provide sales and use tax consulting and compliance, audit defense, business registration assistance, and guidance. Often there is not a single "best" answer but instead there are pro's and con's between several alternative tax positions. We also provide guidance and services for severance and property tax matters. We listen, objectively research, and provide you with the options available to you. My goal is for our clients to always set the agenda and for us to operate as trusted advisers.

I have experience since 2010 with non profits and consider it a personal calling to assist charities and churches with their accounting and tax needs. We can help with registration, 990 compliance, and guidance on the regulations you need to follow to protect your organization's non profit status.

In addition to our regular live CPE classes, we provide customized training for clients in the areas of sales, use, severance and/or property taxes.
